What is a good type of computer technology to research and write a short paper on?
I need to “Research a type of COMPUTER technology” and “describe the technology you have found. Be sure to include a description of what the technology does, as well as other information that you found to be helpful (or not) regarding the technology.”

I would suggest doing a paper on Torrents and the technology behind it. It is a very big technology now which is used when it comes to distributing large files for downloading, and the idea behind the technology is simple enough to explain using plain english.
