Where would a person with a degree in computer technology have the most job opportunity abroad?
My brother who finished a 4 year college with a degree in computer systems and technology just graduated last year is looking to live outside the US for a little while. Where would he have the most job opportunity?

I would say Japan or china.. they have the most advanced technology in the world… maybe somewhere similar to that… the only thing is that it may be hard for him to get into those places…
