Computer science is about programming, and software systems.
So, in short, computer engineering is about electronics, and computer science is about software. Which one is better, well it depends on your preferences. Computer science is in high demand, computer engineering pays a little bit more. Computer engineering will require you to learn more about physics, while computer science will require you to learn more about abstract mathematics.
