How to get a job in social work without a degree?
i have an associates degree in computer technology but no longer enjoy working with computers anymore. I feel my calling is working along the lines of what a social worker does ( group homes, counseling, helping people, ect.) Howver most employers will feel reluctant to hire me due to the lack of education in the field. How can i get these types of jobs without having to go bak to school for years. Are there any 6 to 12 month programs. Any information will be greatly appreciated thank you.
