Is it really alright not to know everything in a Technical Interview?
As software engineer graduate of 2006, I am always looking at other corporate job websites and seeing a laundry list of new technology (Qt, Flex 3, etc.) requirements and am left wondering if I will ever catch up. I go home everyday and read up on the latest software languages and work through some of the examples (assuming the examples are right), but I never get a deep SME level of comfort. How is everyone else handling learning new computer technology at light speed?
