If you are as much a beginner as you sound, you need to walk before you can run. You can find many tutorials online that will fill your need. Some of them will point you to free downloads that will allow you to learn how to use the tools they are teaching you. search for ‘software tutorial’ at and find one you like. i would recommend an overview in operating systems first. then pick a programming language, like visual basic, c/c++/c#, or java, unless you want to become a hardware tech.
