What can these employees be charged with?
I have been given information about an unlawful act being perpetrated at my workr. There are 3 employees that have plot to steal money by falsifying invoices. To carry out their plans, they already have broken into where I work last night and have taken computer technology that will allow them to create the false invoices. Before the three employees have the opportunity to begin falsifying invoices, they are arrested. What crimes(Charges) may the employees be charged with?
