Would I be able to support a wife and children if i get a degree at a trade school ?

I have very poor math skills and I was failing the lowest math class at my college so I’m planning to go to a trade school to get a degree in Computer Technology. I was learning 6th and 7th grade math in a community college. Would I be able to support a wife that I would bring over from Vietnam and future kids getting a college degree at a trade school ?
