help with this think on computer technologies?

okay i have this question that i need answered
im reading something that says how computer technologies is not good for children and other things and some people want to stop it
may sound weerd but,
if we want to stop computer technologies how will it happen if what?
A. it going to happen if we approve it
b. it is going to happen if we fight against it
c. it is going to happen whether we want it or no
d. it is going to happen if we work harder

plz answer i need it for something
